- Our FULLY RETAINED FORMAT is applied to senior level searches ranging from Director to Senior Vice President and "C" level, with total annual compensation generally ranging from $180,000 to $500,000. Fees comprise 1/3 of total annual compensation paid in three installments. Specific fee arrangements are agreed upon during the initial client meeting.
- Our MODIFIED RETAINED FORMAT is applied to mid-level searches ranging from Senior Consultant and Manager to Director, with base salaries generally ranging from $90,000 to $150,000. Fees comprise 30% of annual base salary, depending on the level of difficulty, utilizing either a single or two-step retainer with balance paid upon successful completion. Specific fee arrangements are finalized during initial client meeting.
